Erin Oostra is an American Canadian painter and visual designer best known for her impressionistic paintings inspired by the mountains, valleys, and oceans of Washington State.
She also leads Adventure Inspiration Trips: unique travel experiences designed to help people connect with nature, creativity, and each other. Through these small-group adventures, Erin invites others to explore breathtaking places, find inspiration in the landscape, and build real connections through shared experiences.
Erin embraces a multi-disciplinary approach to creation, melding her strategic experience as a visual designer with her love for bold, abstracted painting. With strong, fluid strokes, her works capture her awe and respect for the dangerous beauty of nature.
In addition to her painting, design, and curation work, Erin offers art advisory services, guiding clients in selecting and acquiring artworks that resonate with their individual aesthetic preferences. She is based in Ellensburg, WA, but is willing to travel anywhere for custom artwork or art advisory services. Erin's art advisory services cater to clients in Seattle, Bellevue, Suncadia, Tumble Creek, Yakima, and beyond, offering expert guidance and access to a diverse range of high-quality artworks.
Erin's work has been featured in galleries, restaurants, cafes, event venues, wineries, and breweries all across the Pacific Northwest. She continues to expand her reach as she helps clients beautify their spaces with thoughtfully selected art pieces.
