Erin is a Washington-based landscape artist who’s always exploring + creating.

Erin Oostra is a contemporary painter and visual designer best known for her impressionistic paintings inspired by the mountains, valleys, and oceans of Washington State.

She embraces a multi-disciplinary approach to creation, melding her strategic experience as a product designer at Shutterstock with her love for bold, abstracted painting. With strong, fluid strokes, her latest works capture her awe and respect for the dangerous beauty of nature.

Erin’s work has been featured in galleries, restaurants, cafes, event venues, wineries, and breweries all across the Pacific Northwest. She continues to expand her reach as she owns and curates NUWAVE GALLERY in Ellensburg, WA.

Erin paints city wall murals as well as live painting for events such as weddings, grand openings, and relaxed dinner parties as subtle yet engaging entertainment for guests. She also works closely with individual clients for custom artwork on a regular basis.
